Dr. Browne completed medical school and graduate studies at Memorial University, intern year at the Royal Jubilee Hospital, and ophthalmology residency at UBC in Vancouver. He has worked as a comprehensive ophthalmologist for several years and has practiced in the Okanagan, Vancouver and the lower mainland. Dr Browne recently relocated to Victoria in 2022 and has set up his practice here in a newly renovated office space. Appointments are by referral only. We look forward to welcoming you.
